Highly Dissatisfied delivery Order: ***

Netflorist, I am highly dissatisfied with the delivery Order ***.

Firstly it was my fiance's b-day. The order was placed 2days prior to delivery date.

I paid R1194.60 for a service and deliverables.

From 14:00pm on 6 Mei 2021 the driver phoned my Fiance a few times because he can not find "WANLI Stone (FinSton), ****rweg St, Brits, 25°3846.3"S 27°4559.7"E, Brits, North West, South"

She repeatedly asked where are you so I can help and explain....... numerous times.......numerous phone calls from the delivery gents......and fiance waiting outside on the road in excitement !!

Eventually my fiance phoned me, requesting I explain it to the gents 30min of waiting for them at the road. I phoned the gents asking where are you so I can help........"No he is still in Magalies"......He will contact me should he not get the place?

15:00pm I phoned the gent again asking where are you, are you lost. He rep**** no he is in Brits on his way for delivery - "Greatstuff"

16:00pm I phoned again - Wanli closes 16h00 and my Fiance's b-day is almost done and she is heading home. No we are in Brits, on the way?

16:45pm I phoned again - My Fiance is waiting just for you, standing outside the work place on her B-day. No they are on their way?

Netflorist's poor execution of entire order and delivery for Order *** is inexcusable. Netflorist just "******" me of my money for a poor execution and let my fiance stand (it is now 18:00 pm) after working hours and waiting for Her B-day presents since "14h00 "!! I phoned the gents, they are not lost, from Google Wanli is listed, GPS coordinates attached to delivery address..............The cake that was delivered was OFF and Smelled. It was traveling the whole day from before 6am the morning in the sun and now it is not fit for human consumption!!

I will never ever advise any one towards NETFLORIST, I am closing my profile, and I hope NETFLORIST is happy "steeling" my money for my fiances B-day.......................time to use alternative curiours is my advice because NETFLORIST's name will fall with them!! Regards
