Highly disappointed at service rendered

Please be advised order ********** 35 was delivered late outside of office hours I’m highly disappointed at the services received. Your driver making my wife feel uncomfortable by Calling her names like sweetheart and where she live that’s totally non of his business I would appreciate if this guy be disciplined you have lost a client as my wife was not surprised at her gift as I hoped I’m quite upset resolve this matter with urgency I would highly request you attend to my matter. ???
