Highly disappointed

I’ve purchased a birthday gift online I left all my contact details on there including cell number My order never arrives I can go track my order and see it was never processed because they were out of stock I was never notified via phone call After leaving all my contact details but rather via email ... To which I only saw afterwords when. It was too late

I have been battling to get my refund back it is more than 10working days Neflorist ripped me off and now I’m struggling to get my money back
