High price for bad quality flowers

Flowers were orders on the 9th February for delivery by the 10th February. Delivery was done. 12 white roses were ordered along with a bottle of Champagne. 6 of the roses were withered, and petals falling off. After 4 days, the whole bunch of flowers had to be thrown away as they were all dead.<br> <br> This is the second time in a year that this has happened. Will not be using Netflorist again. Flowers from a supermarket last 3 times longer and at a fraction of the price.
