Hi. Review for the service delivery by NETFLORIST Cape Town: Appalling service on 2 occasions. 1. Ordered a gift box of whisky and 2 accompanying crystal glasses. Upon opening, one of the glasses was shattered. When I contacted NETFLORIST via email they rep**** saying that upon packing on their side, both glasses were intact. Therefore they dodged the due refund and replacement process due to me. 2. I ordered a personalised t shirt for delivery to my father on Father's Day. Delivery was set for June 20 and I made payment, including delivery charge. A day later I got an email from NETFLORIST saying that my order was out of stock. Causing me great inconvenience as I have just been discharged from hospital and my movements are restricted. I requested a refund in response. I have received no notification of their reimbur*****t and I believe it hasn't been actioned yet. I will never again avail myself of their services and would like to put on record that their online business resembles something close to a ****. There is no platform on their website to submit a complaint. All very shoddy and unreliable.
