Heart broken and disappointed

I am utterly, disappointed and disgusted by the delivery service today.

My daughter is away from home, her first time away from home and in university. This time will be the first time we will not spend her birthday with her. I thought that I would send her a gift through our trusted netflorist that promises same day deliveries. I ordered my gift online a day in advance.

Knowing that she lives in a security complex and she is on campus for most of the day I arranged with security to recieve her gift.

I was busy in a meeting when I got a call from netflorist. 5min later after my meeting I called back, to be told my order couldn't be delivered cause the security didn't want to recieve the flowers. I call the security company and they said there was no delivery. They looked at the security footage and found that a driver arrived parked in his vehicle. He didn't even jump out the vehicle and drove off.

They said they will deliver tomorrow. My daughters birthday is today not tomorrow. It was a gift ment to life her spirit on her birthday today. We don't need it tomorrow. I am most certainly will not depend on your service again.
