Have not recieved delivery on time

<p>I placed an order on the 13th of february for delivery on the 14th february 2017. I specifically said delivery should be made anytime before 12 30pm. Due to my partner that works shifts and is leaving to work. I have been calling the entire morning of the 14th checking whats going on but the consultants kept telling me it will be delivered before 12pm. But hey the item has not been delivered till now. So what the point of you guys delivering when my partner is not going to be at home and cannot accept packages at work? This is highly frustrating and unproffessional.</p>
