Have a Plan B - you have now been warned!!!

I you're thinking of using this service, please listen to me - HAVE A PLAN B. You would think I would have learned from my previous experience. Now today I got so angry, disappointed and then I laughed at myself. You would think that ordering 4 days early would insure that my gift delivery will actually happen this time around. Nope!.. The worst part I spent the entire day getting incoherent stories from your agents. It was only at the end of the day that someone told me exactly what I was feelling in all those calls that has chowed my R100 airtime. What was suppose to be a special gift and day, turned into a frustrating experience. Guys, if you do feel pity for the company, at the very least, have a plan B. Don't say I did not warn you.
