Hats off to Devin

<p> I sent a gripe to Netflorist which read as follows:</p> <p>Although I have received flowers from Netflorist before and have been very happy with the product, I have to advise you that the four sunflowers in a gift box that I received on Wednesday for Secretary’s Day were a huge disappointment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Of course they were pretty – how could they not be – but the box was soggy and falling apart from the water when they were delivered and the sunflowers were dying by Friday night, despite me keeping the oasis moist.</p> <p> </p> <p>The person who responded to my email was Devin Manuel from Paulshof branch.</p> <p>He handled my gripe in a friendly, professional manner and as a gesture of goodwill offered to send me a bunch of flowers to my office.</p> <p>Thanx Devin. It is such a pleasure dealing with someone of your calibre.</p>
