Harolds Valentines delivery messup

<p>I would like to vent my disatisfaction with your service, for valentines day I ordered a vase with roses & a box of lindt chocolates item number ********** 70 & ********** 71. with order number ********** 99 The delivery notification was assumed as successful however the box of chocolates was not delivered!! I subsequently enquired on this as it was brough to my attention by my spouse that the chocolates wasnt received as part of the delivery. The request was raised with Lorenzo Constance via ********** on Mon the 20th Feb 10:35am ref: RE: [#349434} he promised delivery of the chocolates the very same day, two days later I am still waiting. Thank you for messing up my Valentines day order, I've been purchasing through netflorsit for the longest time & never have I experienced such a messup, I would like to know when the chocolate will be delivered & how I will be compensated for this poor service.</p>
