Harold, why deliver flowers the day after a Birthday or don't?

Wow what terrible service, I ordered flowers for someone's Birthday at 13;11 on the 16th of March to be delivered on the 17th of March, Netflorist gives you an options to say it is being delivered to a school so that they aware of school times. 17 March 16:45, these flowers still hadn't been delivered, I was asked for an alternate delivery address, when given I was told on sorry the driver can't go there today. Can he or she deliver tomorrow the 18th. Now that is hilarious as it's the person Birthday the 17th. Why would I have the flowers delivered the next day. Anyway I agree but ask please before 10am as the school is closing for the holidays. It is now 11:10 and still no delivery. Netflorist you must be the worst company to work through, this is not my first bad experience with you but I can promise it is my last.
