I placed on order for delivery on 13 February after 1PM.<br> Delivery took place after 1 PM. Wrong item delivered.<br> Phoned Call Centre at 13H30 to complain - consultant informs me that they will redeliver on the 15th.<br> Rather useless to deliver after Valentines Day?<br> Asked Consultant to phone me back in 30 mins with an alternate arrangement. Consultant stated that there is no manger on duty to deal with my complaint. On the 13th? POOR PLANNING!<br> Still waiting for the call. Sent email to complain - one Rosy Tau completely ignores my complaint & keeps closing the ticket stating it has been resolved when nothing has been resolved.<br> I have requested to speak to the Manager SEVEN times. I phoned again today and left a message.<br> NO CALL FROM MANAGER.<br> IT IS 9 DAYS LATER AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE DELIVERY OR MY MONEY BACK.<br> <br> I have never dealt with a more *********** bunch!<br>
