Harold at Netflorist supports theft and adores abusing the Consumer Protection Act

I placed an order for Red Tulips. To my dismay, Netflorist sent completely different flowers. When I complain, I am told that they don't have stock and thay are having challenges with supplies... Not one human bothered to call me and tell me that there is an issue and Netflorist thinks it is perfectly fine that they can make decisions on my behalf. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with this and now they want to offer a credit so I can buy something else from them...

This is theft and false adverti*****t and abuse of my rights in the Consumer Protection Act.
