Happy rippoff

Do not use Netflorist for special gifts or occasions!ordered flower for wife's birthday... R600... Not that much I know but to get 5 roses, 3 far opened lollies that won't last 2 day in an excuse for watervase... No ribbon and definitely no resemblence to product picture... HAPPY RIPPOFF. Best is the struggle to find a customer care centre and then they don't even bother responding!
