Tried to change address to accommodate your delays so your driver could hve until 8pm to deliver the parcel, which would have been 10min from original address... But your arrogant call centre agent only had 1 thing in mind. Which is to knock off shift...

Thank you ruining the day, of which you promote as a day of sharing love... but clearly you guys lost the plot... I'll go get something for my wife myself... You might as well outsource your operation because you guys are not getting this **** right.
