This was my first time using Netflorist and I am absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service I received. I placed an order for a next day flower delivery all the way from Kimberley to Cape Town, and they exceeded every expectation. The process was smooth and incredibly efficient from start to finish. I was worried that the delivery would be delayed because its so far away, but was pleasantly surprised when I received an email saying that it was delivered to the person and she let me know she got it.

The bouquet arrived on time, beautifully presented and exactly as shown on the website (if not better!). The recipient was overjoyed, and it made their day special.

What impressed me most were the updates. I never had to worry — I knew exactly where my delivery was at all times, which gave me so much peace of mind, especially sending from so far away.
