Happy buyer and receiver!

Well, difficult to express my experience with words! From start to finish, the order I placed was hassle-free. (It was a personalized card). After I placed the order, I received an email from Portia to say that the artwork that I selected was unfortunately not available, and she gave me another artwork option, which look just as beautiful as the one I initially selected. On Tuesday (day of delivery) I received a call from Sanele informing me that they can't find my address as the suburb was not selected, after a good laugh with him, the address was confirmed. After a while I wanted to make sure that the order would still be delivered on the same day as I was not sure if I asked Sanele, this time I was assisted by Kamo, who assured me that I will receive my order the same day. Later on a received a call from the delivery guy (on Truecaller it shows the name Fanita) telling me that he is on his way and close by. Delivered the package with friendliness.

I would definitely recommend them as I have made orders in the past but it was gifts to others. Plus my Fiancé also spoils me with Netflorist gifts, which I absolutely love.
