HAPPY BIRTHDAY SPOILT BY NETFLORIST

Good Day, I am writing to you as I am truly disappointed with the roses in a vase that I received for my birthday.

My sister ordered online and I received the flowers on the 15 April 2021 as a birthday present, however the roses was not arranged properly and today is the 20th April, the flowers are dying already. I also buy stuff from Net florish however this was a absolute disappointment to me.
