Happy Birthday gift for a family in mourning following a death

I ordered a bunch of flowers for same day delivery that I wanted to send to a family that is in mourning following the death of a family member. They had the most horrific experience. At 19h15 when the delivery finally arrived they received a Happy Birthday balloon with chocolates. When the driver was advised that this is wrong he finally pulled out a bunch of flowers without a card. They did not accept the flowers as it was not clear that it was even for them. Trying to get hold of Netflorist to rectify the mistake has been a nightmare. I will never make any recommendation to use their services.
