Half of my order is missing and incorrect items

I've placed this order yesterday 14/12/2015, and it was supposed to be a gift. <br> <br> When the recipient received this gift, there was only peanuts and 6 chocolates in NO BILTONG OR DROEWORS. And I ordered a birthday smile balloon they got a congrats balloon. How can I pay R360.00 for this...... a pack of peanuts!!!!! <br> <br> This is really unacceptable, and it's a birthday gift! So it wasn't as special as it was supposed to be.<br> <br> I would like to find out what happened to half of my order.<br>
