Half delivery and empty promises

I Arranged for flowers and chocolates to be delivered. They only delivered the flowers. Driver promises he will bring the chocolates the next day. Never pitched. I phoned them 3 times. Melissa (not sure if shes the manager) promised next day delivery too! My sister never got her box of chocolates. Netflorist probably ate the chocolates them selves! I will make very sure i tell everyone i know how Netflorist *****s and lies to their clients. As if the customer dont pay enough! I will not use them again as they have proven to be untrust worthy.
