Half Delivery

<p>I placed an order for a valentines day gift for my wife, The order arrived today as expected but a big componant of the order was missing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called their service number twice to find out what happened with the order.</p> <p>The first person I spoke to said that it has happened a lot recently and that the other part of the order was with another driver.</p> <p>The second person I spoke to almost 5 hours later was not even aware of the fact that the order was missing a component, they said that they will arrange for it to be delivered tomorrow.</p> <p> </p> <p>This does not help the fact that I was expecting a complete order for the gift and now have to dissapoint my wife with an incomplete gift. </p>
