half dead roses

<p>i ordered flowers online for my wifes birthday yesterday when she brought them i noticed 4-5 of the roses look like they half dead so i phoned today to complain about this i was told they will collect the roses and bring me a new arrangemant this is a birthday gift now i need to wait for them to come collect roses and then replace them why was this not done properly in the first place that they did not need to swop them what bad service at a high price</p>
