Half-dead low quality bunch of roses from Netflorist!

Never order fresh flowers from Netflorist! Imagine a bunch of almost dead flowers that are not even same length: Short and long roses in one bouquet. To make the situations worse, Netflorist refuses to entertain this matter. I have sent several email starting from Monday 04th August (the date of delivery), with evidence, yet they close the call everyday citing “your order was delivered”. In my assessment, it seems the decision taken by Netflorist is that they will pretend as if they did not see my email complaining about the quality of flowers and the fact the roses aren’t even same length: half of them short and another half long - while all almost dead. I took a video same time of delivery and emailed them same day and they keep on responding with “your order was delivered and your call is closed.” I find these responses rude and blatant refusal to take accountability and correct the situation. Netflorist has a disclaimer on their website indicating that if you are not happy with your product you will be refunded - It seems this is just there to make themselves look good and to lure clients with false advertising. So disappointing!
