Gross incompetence !!!

I ordered a brown teddy and chocolate hamper for my fiance, to send to him as an apology gift as well as a sympathy gift after a close family member passed away. Netflorist delivered to him a Happy Birthday hamper !!!??? It is not his birthday !!! I am so disgusted and embarrassed thanks to Netflorist. you have made a bad situation even worse by your incompetence. I have sent numerous e-mails and Facebook messages in order to reach you. All I have received is automated replies. I am not happy at all. I will never use NetFlorist again or recommend them to anyone !
