Great variety, but not so great delivery punctuality

They offer a vast range of flower bouquets & gift baskets delivered at your request anywhere in South Africa. That's great, but what is not so great is them not delivering as per agreed delivery date. Despite the recipient having received a message to confirm delivery as requested, they only delivered a day later. Considering the price premium and delivery charges one would expect better service. "A gift received on time has much more value than a belated one."
