Great service and product!

The best experience - I ordered a bonsai with a custom gold plate. What I recieved was not what I expected - the bonsai is large and SO HEALTHY, in a large oval pot with the nicest gold plate on it. The communication pre and post delivery was exceptional. Very impressed with the product and service
