Great Service

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for an engagement celebration. The flowers that were delivered weren't very satisfactory. I raised my dissatisfaction with netflorist and Lerato assisted me. She listened to my problem and tried her best to rectify it immediately. She went above and beyond to assist and was just great! <br> <br> Thank you for your great service!
