Great Service

I wish to compliment the great service I have received from Chad an employee of Netflorist.<br> I am currently in New Zealand and needed to make adjustments for an order I placed for my girlfriend in South Africa, I chose to do this via email which often is a very slow method to use with delays in replies etc. I was not expecting a response and had accepted my order and delivery would go through today. However I immediately got a response from Chad confirming the date change requested and he was able to rectify an error I had made in the messaging. <br> <br> I appreciate your promt response and would recommend Netflorist to anyone needing the services you provide! <br> <br> Thanks,<br> Ralph
