I received flowers on Valentines day and they died on Sunday. I was very annoyed, but when I contacted the call centre I was relieved that I was helped by Clive with no difficulty.He assisted with processing a refund. He was very helpful and understanding. He also offered me free chocolates for the inconvenience. I hope he lives up to the great expectation and stick by his word
