Great first time experience

I had a great experience for my first time using NetFlorist. I wanted a same day delivery gift delivered to someone and i was having issues with the website. I called in and a very helpful lady, (im sorry but i forgot her name) assisted me. she told me there were issues with the websites and she would call me back to assist me. within 10 minutes she called me back and placed my order easy peasy hassle free. the gift was delivered in time in one piece and the recipient was very happy. i am very impressed with the awesome service and convenience of my experience. Netflorist will definitely be my first choice for all special occasions.
