Great Feedback Service

I use Netflorist very often to deliver gifts, my last order was a bit of a disappointment. The package delivered didn't look half as nice as the package advertised on Netflorist's website. I contacted Netflorist with a picture comparison and immediately I received great response from Devin. Devin informed me the package will be replaced asap and the matter will be escalated to the operations manager. Thank you netflorist for never disappointing and great service!!
