<p>I had some billing issues with one of my orders from the Paulshof branch. Not only did NetFlorist immediately start addressing my concerns but was very patient with me when I didn't respond to emails and misunderstood them. Devin from the Paulshof branch made sure I was completely happy at the end and I truly felt that his main aim was that me and the recipient of the gift was happy! I live in London and will always recommend this company and branch to anyone who delivers flowers back home.</p>
