Great Customer Service

I would just to like to really thank Netflorist for superb service. I arranged for flowers to be delivered to a friend in hospital. She had been discharged and Netflorist phoned me. They then, for free, delivered to the new hospital she had been moved to. Excellent service. And I love the fun and inventive tracking messages that are sent. Well done for fantastic customer service.
