Great Customer Service

Netflorist's goods are always top notch. The flowers and chocolates are impressive. The only issue I sometimes have is the delivery. But Devin ensured that it occurred. <br> <br> The story is that I requested a delivery for a particular day. I received an email saying it would be delivered that day and then a bit later another email saying it wouldn't be delivered. I then emailed Netflorist and requested that it be delivered that day (probably in not the nicest way possible).<br> <br> Devin responded and made sure it was delivered that day.<br> <br> Thank you very much Devin. I was finally in the good books.
