I sent a gift to congratulate a friend on a new Job, and I updated the Address well in time for the delivery to be done at the correct address but the courier delivered to wrong address. Netflorist assured me that I did not need to worry all will be rectified and indeed it was rectified, gift was delivered to the correct person with just one phone and no need to follow up.
