Great Company

Placed order only to discover my friend had moved. Tried to contact company but was blocked on the email and also the phone no. for UK not used any more. So I phoned company in SA from England and fortunately got a lady who understood that I wanted to change delivery address. This lady went out of her way to sort the problem out and i want to thank her very much for all her trouble. You are a star!!! The flowers were delivered on the right day to the right address and my friend was over joyed with them. My friend's year has not been great and I just wanted to cheer her up, which you did. Thank you once again.
