Great comeback - well done!

A few days ago, i reported poor service from NetFlorist; not going to retype the report its available on this site. However, on Saturday afternoon, NetFlorist went the extra mile and actually re-delivered the parcel. I must commend them for this effort - WELL DONE.

However, i do think there is a weakness and disconnect in NetFlorist's processes, call center and IT systems - which caused the frustration in the first pace. For example: customers should be able to change delivery address ONLINE (assuming the parcel has not been packed or on delivery already - in which case the system could deny the change etc.), without needing to contact the call center. Any changes to original request, the customer should actually get an email; the call center should have access to the latest information as it happens - in my case the call center (reporting only what they see on the systems) notified me that the parcel would only be delivered two days later; while management were telling me via email that delivery would still happen on the day, to correct address. calling the call center with changes to the original email does not seem to get app**** immediately or ever; they become \notes\""
