Got told only on the day of delivery theirs no stock - Ordered 5 days prior!!!

terrible - always a bad experience, I got told on the day of delivery that there's no stock, I placed the order 5 days prior to the delivery date which was a 21st Birthday just to get told on the day there's no stock - if I was told sooner I would have made plan for item that's in stock to be delivered - LOST ME AS customer for good !! ill ensure to spread the word !!!

People only have their birthdays once a year !! SO WHY WOULD I wait for the item to be in stock days after the celebration!!
