Good service

I previously had a problem with Netflorist with the lack of communication from their side And unfortunately I experienced the same problem this time around. The only difference this time was that Salome ensured that she contacted me telephonically and gave me feedback about the flowers I had ordered. I am extremely please with Salome's gard work and is the definition of 'customer service'.
