Good response to a bad situation

I placed a order for valentines day 2015 on the day. <br> I paid R500+ for 12 roses to be delivered on the same day.<br> They did not deliver the same day or the day after.<br> I then called them and at first I spoke to a lady whom had no idea of what was going on... Immediately concerned.<br> Then when I called a second time, Lynette answered and within 10mins(really no joke), the matter was resolved and the roses were delivered with a additional box of chocolates for free due to the mistake made.<br> I think this was a really good response and that Netflorist can definitely benefit by having more employees like Lynette.
