Good friendly service but had a issue with the add on services offered.

I first had an issue with placing an order online, called the call center and the lady was very friendly. Once she assisted me with my order i was really sad to learn that the macarons i wanted to add to my delivery was not available from the florist they would dispatch my order from. On the website it shows available in Cape Town, it should be more specific as to which branches offer these add on services. I was offered an alternative but these are my friends favorite and i was excited when i saw that one was able to get them in Cape Town. Flowers was delivered on the same day which was a blessings, had to source the macarons elsewhere and have them delivered separately.
