Going the extra mile with a smile.

I have used NetFlorist on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed with their efficient system. Recently my Mom was in Hospital and when they attempted to deliver her flowers the Hospital reception were uncertain which ward she was in. The delivery person waited while the very helpful NetFlorist phoned me to confirm which ward she was in,thank you for going the extra mile to ensure our loved ones receive our orders.
