GLITCH TO SURPRISE!

Had a technical glitch with my first online experience with them, which resulted in some unnecessary emotions, but it was rectified timeously and even though the delivery was done at 19:20 in the evening, it worked out perfectly, as my soon-to-be daughter-in-law did not expect a delivery at all and still experienced the most positive experience possible - that of an unexpected surprise! Willing to forgive (hey, don't we all have glitches sometimes?!) and I will recommend in future.
