gift online from netflorist

i had a very bad experience with my order from Netflorist , very terrible and rude employees, i had been calling the whole day asking for ETA for delivery and i was told about terms and conditions that delivery is from 7-5pm , but to my surprise still at 5pm there was no delivery .only arrived at 5;30pm after a huge fight with them over the phone ... they had ruined my surprise .... they will never ever have sale from me or recommend to my friends and family to purchase from them ......
