Gift not delivered on the date scheduled

What a disaster Valentines day. Never delivered my gift to the recipient. They said they will phone when the recipient is not at the office anymore for a alternative address, but they didn't even phone. First time I ordered from Netflorist and the LAST time. There is a reason why I asked that the delivery goes out on the 14th and not 15th of Feb 2019...
