Gift not delivered on birthday

I placed an order on the 8th January 2024, hoping my wife will receive her gift on the 10th January 2024. Well, the sadly, Netflorist has not delivered the order and there is no prospect of being delivered today. No one wants to guarantee that the gift will be delivered today.

This is a terrible service and no one seems to care. I will never use their service again.
