GIFT NOT DELIVERED!!!

I ordered a gift for Secret Santa at my workplace. I did the order on the 03rd Dec for delivery on Saturday (07Dec). The order never arrived and I went on chat on Monday(09 DEC) and I spoke to a Candice and She confirmed that they use RAM hand-hand couriers for their deliveries. She assured me that I would receive this before close of business Monday(09Dec). Today is the 10th Dec and I am yet to receive the gift. I called today and spoke to first Noluthando - who couldn't care less. She promised a call back and a change of the delivery address as the gift is due tomorrow(11 Dec). I am never using NETFLORIST AGAIN......EVER!!!!!! Even now I have been promised that the gift will be delivered tomorrow(11Dec), I can only hope!!!!!! **** service BS service Unprofessional conduct.....
