Gift for my Anniversary

<p>I writing this review base on the very poor service I got from Netflorist here I was thinking they a world class company that they knew what they doing . Firstly they send my order out with the wrong drive to the wrong place then they got another drive to delivery. The drive got there at 19:00 when we checked the bakkie for the gift it was not there. Then we called the office only to find out the gift was never loaded. I mean it’s the first time I used Netflorist they have given me such a poor service. It was my Anniversary and they went and massed it up big time and now my wife to be is very upset as it looks like I forgot our big day. I hope they can better there service as from my side I would not advices people to use them. I could be losing the love of my love this mass up. What upset me more they act like they don’t care and it’s not their problem and I paid them cash upfront it’s not like I asked for a free gift. I just feel not much was done from there side to save the day</p> <p> </p>
