Gift Card Catastrophe

It's happened twice now that I order a gift with a card (for a friend's birthday and for a colleague when his mother-in-law passed away) and they were both sent someone else's anniversary card instead. My friend didn't receive her card at all. My colleague received both the wrong one and the one I had sent as well. It is unacceptable. Imagine receiving a joyful card when you are grieving? So careless.
